Orenburg Hot-Dip Galvanizing Plant is equipped with the state-of-the-art automatic hot-dip galvanizing line of INGENIA GmbH make with 80 000 t per year production capacity.

The plant has one of the largest zinc kettles in Russia with dimensions of 14.0х2.4х3.5 m. With our equipment we can handle metal articles weighing up to 9 t.

Our process capabilities allow hot-dip galvanizing of:

• steel construction structures

• power transmission poles

• communication towers

• road safety barriers

• large-sized metal structures and others.

If required, we can deliver your galvanized Power Transmission Lattice Towers, Power Transmission Steel Polygonal Poles, lighting poles and road safety barriers by road or railway transport.
